This pack includes the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe video game

Thanks to Nintendo Switch, fans can enjoy the definitive version of Mario Kart 8 wherever and whenever they want, including local multiplayer races for up to eight drivers.

The popular tracks and characters from the Wii U version are back, along with the downloadable tracks and characters, and new characters are also joining the line-up: Inkling boy and Inkling girl from Splatoon; King Boo; Dry Bones and Bowser Jr. On the other hand, Battle Mode has been completely revamped with Balloon Battle and Bob-omb Blast, as well as the inclusion of brand-new tracks such as Urchin Underpass and Battle Stadium, which join old favourites such as Luigi's Mansion (GCN) and Super Mario Kart's Battle Course 1 (Super Nintendo Entertainment System).

You can now carry two items simultaneously, including some from previous Mario Kart games, such as the item-stealing Boo and the feather, which allows you to jump during battles. In addition, drivers can rely on the help of the new Smart Steering feature, which helps prevent them from veering off the track even in 200cc races. In TV mode, the game reaches a resolution of 1080p.
