Shipping and Delivery

If you place your order before 1pm, we will process it the same day and send it by courier, with the corresponding insurance included in the price (covering 100% of the purchase value) so you have no problems, as indicated in "Guarantee and Returns".

Please make sure the address provided is correct and matches the delivery address shown in your Paypal payment, as otherwise we will not be able to ship and will cancel the order, since it would not be covered by Paypal's insurance. We want to send your order as quickly as possible.

The order will be shipped within a period of between 24 and 72 hours to the address indicated at the time of purchase, provided the shipment is made to mainland Spain. Orders received before 1pm will be processed the same day; orders received after 1pm will be processed the following day.

The seller undertakes to do everything possible to meet the stated delivery time, but warns that it is merely approximate and not exact, as issues may arise with the shipping company. Therefore, failure to meet the delivery time shall under no circumstances be considered grounds for termination of the contract and shall not give rise to any type of compensation.

As the recipient of the shipment, users are required to provide reliable information regarding the delivery address, and accept that the seller is exempt from liability in the event of repeated absence at the delivery address, as well as in the event of using a PO box as the delivery address.
