The software is designed so that anyone can learn to create their own video games, guided by seven interactive lessons devised by the minds at Nintendo. Following its exclusive launch on Nintendo ESHOP, the digital store for Nintendo Switch, on 11 June, Nintendo has announced today that Game Builder Garage will be available in physical format across Europe, at usual retailers, just in time for the back-to-school season, on 10 September.

Children, adults, puzzle fans, people with some programming knowledge or those with absolutely no idea how a game works behind the scenes… with Game Builder Garage, no previous experience is required. On the contrary, the game is designed to make learning very gradual, introducing the basic concepts of programming and computational thinking progressively and enjoyably.
