Return to the Kanto region and experience a classic Pokémon journey in a completely new way with Pokémon: Let's Go Eevee!, which introduces a new style of play that anyone can enjoy, combined with the fun of collecting Pokémon.

Pokémon: Let's Go Eevee! is based on Pokémon Yellow: Special Pikachu Edition, which was first released in Japan in 1998. This updated version has been redesigned to make the most of the unique capabilities of Nintendo Switch. The games also capture the fun of Pokémon GO and its intuitive Pokémon-catching mechanics.

- Make friends with your travel companion

At the beginning of your story, you will meet Eevee, who will join you as your companion on your adventures, growing alongside you throughout your journey.

Eevee will be with you wherever you go, whether hanging from your shoulder or riding on your head. However, don't let its adorable expressions fool you into thinking that cuteness is all it has to offer. Your companion will also be a reliable ally in battle.

In addition to determining your first companion Pokémon, there will be some differences in the Pokémon species you encounter and how quickly you encounter them depending on whether you choose Pokémon: Let's Go Pikachu! or Pokémon: Let's Go, Eevee!

- Catching is easier

The games use the capabilities of Nintendo Switch to add new and more accessible ways to experience Pokémon and play in the Pokémon universe. Even those who have never played the Pokémon series before can dive straight into Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let's Go, Eevee! They are easily accessible to newcomers to the series, while also offering enough depth to keep veteran Trainers on their toes.

The practice of catching Pokémon has changed drastically compared with previous titles. You can now use your Nintendo Switch Joy-Con to throw a Poké Ball at your target with one hand, either by pressing a button or moving your wrist. With fewer buttons and intuitive action, it has never been simpler.

Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let's Go, Eevee! also feature simultaneous two-player gameplay. By sharing one of the Joy-Con controllers with a companion, two players can go on an adventure at the same time. Throw Poké Balls when you encounter Pokémon to increase your chances of successfully catching them, or have a friend help you by joining you in battles against Trainers in your game.

- Connection with Pokémon GO

There is a deep connection between Pokémon GO and Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: let's Go, Eevee! On the one hand, Pokémon originally discovered in the Kanto region that you caught in Pokémon GO can be included in these two new Nintendo Switch games.

Catch Pokémon like never before!

The Poké Ball Plus is a Poké Ball-shaped device that can be used to play Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let's Go, Eevee! instead of your Joy-Con. You can throw Poké Balls in the game with a flick of your wrist! In addition to motion controls, the device lights up in a variety of colours, vibrates and plays sounds.

With Poké Ball Plus, you can also take one of your favourite Pokémon from these games for a walk while going about your daily life in the real world. The Poké Ball Plus even works as Pokémon GO Plus when you play Pokémon GO.

Features:

Catch Pokémon: Poké Ball Plus has motion-control capabilities, so when a wild Pokémon appears, ready a Poké Ball and try to catch the Pokémon by moving your Poké Ball Plus as if you were throwing it.

Lights, sounds, action!: When you catch a Pokémon, your Poké Ball Plus will light up and vibrate in your hand, and you will hear the Pokémon let out its unique cry—you'll believe there really is a Pokémon inside!

Take your Pokémon wherever you go: Take your Pokémon for a walk in its Poké Ball Plus in the real world. When you go out, you can gently shake your Poké Ball Plus and the Pokémon inside will make a sound and the Poké Ball Plus will vibrate.
