Battlefield 1 marks the return to the roots of this veteran series of action war video games. The conflict moves to the battlefields of the First World War, where we can pilot a wide variety of land, sea and air vehicles, as well as use a vast arsenal of firearms. 

Historical accuracy and spectacle are two hallmarks of the work of the Swedish DICE team, with a faithful recreation of weapons, vehicles and settings, including the Italian Alps, the deserts of Arabia and cities located in France. Battlefield 1 (formerly known as Battlefield 5) offers a single-player campaign and classic multiplayer for 64 people.

Intuitive destruction and dynamic weather will ensure that no battle unfolds in the same way. Discover new gameplay possibilities by building paths through walls and buildings, creatively eliminating your enemies to leave your mark on the terrain around you. Through your actions, the environment will become a war-ravaged landscape, changing the world forever.

With dynamic weather you will have to adapt your tactics to possible weather changes and use them as elements that will form part of the battle. You will fight on the same map during a sunny day, in thick fog or even in rain that will affect what you see and hear, forcing you to adapt your play style in an ever-changing environment.

Operations introduces a new way to play multiplayer. Only in Battlefield 1 will you play a series of interconnected battles across multiple scenarios. You will take part in a series of battles where your actions will have consequences throughout the matches, as you attempt to conquer territory or push back your enemies.

When you think all is lost, you can call in the Behemoths (the largest player-controlled vehicles ever seen in a title in the Battlefield series) and use them to break through the enemy's defences. Take control of the Armoured Train, Airship or Dreadnought to dominate the battlefield across land, air and sea. No battle has ever been so epic.
