Nintendo Switch Lite, the latest addition to the Nintendo Switch family, is a compact, lightweight and easy-to-carry console with integrated controls.

With Nintendo Switch Lite you can play all Nintendo Switch software that is compatible with handheld mode. It is ideal for users who prefer to play on the go or for those who want to play online or locally in multiplayer mode with family or friends who own a flagship Nintendo Switch console.

As it is a console focused on handheld play, Nintendo Switch Lite cannot be connected to a TV.

Easily take your favourite games with you

If a game is compatible with Joy-Con controller features such as HD rumble, the IR Motion Camera and motion sensors, certain game features will not be available when using only the Nintendo Switch Lite console. In this case, Joy-Con controllers (sold separately) are required to enjoy these features.

For games that are not compatible with handheld mode, players can connect Joy-Con controllers (sold separately) wirelessly to Nintendo Switch Lite. Users will need a device for charging the Joy-Con controllers, such as the Joy-Con Charging Grip.
