Use the intuitive mouse mode of the Joy-Con 2 controllers to redecorate your home, arrange furniture and create personalised designs and even messages for the bulletin board.

Make yourself heard loud and clear with a megaphone

There's a new item on sale at Nook's Cranny! It's the megaphone, which you can use to instantly locate any island resident, no matter how far away they are. All you have to do is shout their name at the top of your voice using the built-in microphone on Nintendo Switch 2!

Play with more friends at once!

In the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition of the game, up to 12 people can gather on the same island via the internet, while up to 8 can do so through wireless communication.

What's more, thanks to GameChat, you can chat with your friends while playing with them and, by connecting a compatible USB-C camera, such as the Nintendo Switch 2 camera (sold separately), you will be able to see the players' reactions during the game!

A TV compatible with 4K resolution is required to enjoy the improved graphics.
Additional accessories, games and/or consoles (sold separately) may be required for multiplayer mode.
To use online services, you must create a Nintendo Account and accept the relevant agreement. The Nintendo Account privacy policy applies. An internet connection and a paid Nintendo Switch Online membership are required. To use the GameChat feature, you must register a mobile phone number. For children to use GameChat, they must have permission from a parent or guardian via the Nintendo Switch Parental Controls app. Some online services may not be available in all countries. To use video chat and certain game features, a compatible USB-C camera, such as the Nintendo Switch 2 camera (sold separately), is required. Up to 12 people can participate in a voice chat session, and up to 4 can share their game screens or participate in a video chat at the same time.
