Combat involves crucial choices: different weaponry and various paths through missions. Modern Warfare III goes beyond traditional cinematic missions, introducing Open Combat Missions that give players greater freedom. There is no single answer: choose between stealth and a frontal assault.
It is time to settle old scores and start again. For its 20th anniversary, Modern Warfare III presents an exceptional collection of Multiplayer maps, combining fan favourites with new creations. The 16 original maps from Modern Warfare® 2 (2009) have been enhanced and will launch alongside more than 12 new 6v6 maps for future seasons.
Modern Warfare III also introduces Ground War maps with innovative play spaces, as well as the evolution of the popular War mode that debuted in Call of Duty: WWII in 2017.
In addition, for the first time, team up with other squads to survive and face hordes of the undead on the largest Zombies map in Call of Duty history. Modern Warfare Zombies (MWZ) offers a new Treyarch Zombies narrative with missions, essential features and secrets to discover. Get ready for an open-world PvE survival experience against epic enemies from the series. The fight for survival begins in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III.
