Seventeen years after a global nuclear catastrophe, civilisation rises from the chaos only to find itself in a radically different world. The surviving population of Hope County has grouped together into several communities, each with its own rules and regulations for living together.

In this new world order, the ruthless Highwaymen, led by twin sisters Mickey and Lou, travel from place to place seizing the resources of anyone unfortunate enough to cross their path. While the Survivors attempt to defend their lands against the Highwaymen's relentless attacks, your task will be to help them and lead their fight.

In this latest instalment of the award-winning Far Cry series, you will become the last line of defence for a post-apocalyptic and dramatically transformed Hope County. Help the Survivors grow stronger, craft a genuine arsenal with which they can face the Turf Wars and Expeditions across the region, and forge the most unlikely alliances to fight for survival on a new and dangerous frontier.

Lush, densely populated fields invite you to explore an incredibly beautiful yet deadly landscape, discovering everything it conceals alone or in two-player co-op mode. The disaster has also affected the wildlife, and you will encounter several predators that have evolved in surprising ways. Unforgettable characters facing an implacable double threat Take on the brutal Highwaymen and their rebellious leaders, Mickey and Lou.

These sisters, known as the Twins, combine intelligence and brute force to give their army a firm grip on Hope County's valuable resources. Recruit an eclectic cast of mercenaries who will be extremely useful. These new allies, together with several familiar faces, will provide you with the skills needed to go straight for victory.

Find the former doomsday cult and seek out the charismatic leader who prophesied the end of civilisation: Joseph Seed. Grow the community of Survivors and build their headquarters A series of Specialists will join the Survivors to help them create weapons and vehicles, train mercenaries, and even set out on Expeditions from one of the eight available headquarters: the office, training ground, explosives laboratory, infirmary, garage, healing garden, cartography room and expeditions.

Grow your community and upgrade your headquarters to improve the facilities and unlock more powerful weapons and equipment. Fight for resources in Hope County and far beyond. Face the Highwaymen in Turf Wars and eliminate their outposts to obtain Ethanol and other resources. When the Highwaymen return with more reinforcements, the challenge of claiming these valuable resources will be much greater.

For the first time in Far Cry, the adventure is not limited to the local area. Venture beyond Hope County and embark on thrilling Expeditions that will take you to iconic locations across the United States, including swamps, canyons and various coastal regions. Expeditions and outposts will be different every time you play, with missions that are always worthwhile and increasingly challenging objectives.

PC GAME ACTIVATION (Uplay)

1. Open Uplay PC and log in. If you are new to Uplay, first DOWNLOAD UPLAY PC and CREATE A UPLAY ACCOUNT.

2. Click the activation icon in the top-right corner of the Uplay window.

3. Enter your activation key in the Activate a code field.

4.  Click Activate. This will activate your game on your Ubisoft account.
