A game set in a gloomy world that blends retrofuturistic technology with the brutalism of Eastern Europe. In Cronos: The New Dawn, you will discover a story that blurs the boundaries between the past and the future.
In the past, you will explore a world plunged into the Change, a cataclysm that transformed humanity forever. Meanwhile, in the ravaged wastelands of the future, every moment becomes a struggle for survival against dangerous abominations that will test your reflexes and strategic thinking.
You are a traveller, an agent of the enigmatic Collective, entrusted with exploring the future in search of time portals that will transport you to 1980s Poland.

ADAPT OR DIE

In a desolate world where danger lurks around every corner, your survival will depend on the strategy you follow. The enemies you encounter are terrifying creatures born from the remains of humanity; to defeat them, you will have to make use of your entire arsenal.
You can manipulate temporal anomalies to make your way through the desolate environment that awaits you, and you will also have to scavenge for resources to replenish supplies and ammunition. The key to survival is being well prepared. During combat, quick decisions will make the difference between life and death.

DON'T LET THEM MERGE

The creatures you kill will not stay dead for long. Enemies can absorb other fallen enemies through a grotesque process called «Merging» and become faster, tougher and far more dangerous.
And the only way to prevent it? Burn them. And the faster, the better.
Otherwise, you will face increasingly powerful abominations that will push your skills to the limit.

SOUL REAPER

Your mission is to find important people from the past who perished in the catastrophe. Using your powerful Reaper, you can extract their essences so that they can accompany you into the future.
But beware: these essences will have a major impact on your adventure.
The more essences you carry, the more cursed your suit will become, making you more powerful in combat, although it will also make you hear whispers, see flashes and gradually lose your sanity.
